Hearts is a consulting company the uses a grassroots nontraditional approach to educational training, teambuilding, professional development and community outreach. Our medium of choice is the “ARTS” as an effective tool to reach out, touch, motivate and inspire people of all ages, races and backgrounds. We engage both students and teachers, parents and administrators, community leaders and churches, local businesses and corporations as well as colleges, universities and nonprofit organizations in ARTS integrated workshops, projects and activities that promote not only classroom enrichment and bonding but also community unity and collaboration.
Hearts is more than workshops and training. It is a total life transformation through collaboration and out of the box techniques that allow every participant from the student to the community volunteer to give voice, and share ideas that will make each feel that their contribution made a difference.

Supervision and Leadership Training
Introduces core leadership skills needed to be an effective leader. This workshop will teach employees positive and effective means of engaging and when necessary redirecting the behavior of employees, good decision making skills, interpersonal skills, organization skills, and presentation skills. The workshop also shows employees how to communicate effectively and keep employee morale and respect in good standing.
Teambuilding
This workshop encourages and improves employee relationships. It is essential in any work environment for the employees to be respectful of each other and on one accord. Working effectively as a team and understanding the importance of each member is crucial to an effective work environment. Within this workshop employees and employers will learn how to express their concerns as well as new ideas or suggestions they may have for the overall improvement of the workplace environment.

This is why all of our programs are tailored to your specific needs.
